Psalm 119
153 ਰੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਤੱਕੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਂ।
154 ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜੋ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਣ ਦਿਉ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
155 ਬੁਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿੱਤਣਗੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨੇਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲਦੇ।
156 ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਯਾਵਾਨ ਹੋ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਵਾਂ।
157 ਮੇਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕਰਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
158 ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
159 ਦੇਖੋ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਲਈ ਸਖਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਉਣ ਦਿਉ।
160 ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਸੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਨੇਮ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
153 Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.
155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
156 Great are thy tender mercies, O Lord: quicken me according to thy judgments.
157 Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.
158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
159 Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O Lord, according to thy lovingkindness.
160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

157 ਮੇਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕਰਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਿਆ ਹਾਂ।
Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.
158 ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
