ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਹਿਰਨ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਪੰਛੀ ਫ਼ਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਪਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
