ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪੀਂਦਾ, ਉਹ ਭੁੱਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਕੀ ਆਖਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
