ਜਿਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਥਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੁਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਖਤਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
