ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਰਾਜਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੈਠਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਖ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
