ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 12:13
ਲੋਕ ਕਣਕ ਬੀਜਣਗੇ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਕੰਢਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਾਢੀ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਹੱਡ ਭੰਨਵੀਂ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਖੇਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।”
