ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ (ਇਸਰਾਏਲ) ਦਾ ਹਰ ਬੰਦਾ, ਸਾਮਰਿਯਾ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਵੀ, ਜਾਣ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੁਮਾਨੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਂਕਾਰੀ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ।
