I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth.

servants	עֲבָדִ֖ים	ʿăbādîm	uh-va-DEEM
upon	עַל	ʿal	al
horses,	סוּסִ֑ים	sûsîm	soo-SEEM
princes and	וְשָׂרִ֛ים	wĕśārîm	veh-sa-REEM
walking	הֹלְכִ֥ים	hōlĕkîm	hoh-leh-HEEM
