ਇਸ ਲਈ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਿਆਣੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਆ ਗਏ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਲਿਖਾਵਟ ਨਾ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਸੱਕੇ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਬ ਦਾ ਵਿਵਰਣ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਅਰਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝ ਸੱਕੇ।
