ਸੋ ਦਾਊਦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈਜਾਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਰੱਖ ਸੱਕਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਓਬੇਦ-ਅਦੋਮ ਗਿੱਤੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ।
