੨ ਸਮੋਈਲ 16:14
ਦਾਊਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਦਮੀ ਯਰਦਨ ਦਰਿਆ ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਉਹ ਬੜੇ ਥੱਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉੱਥੇ ਰੁਕ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੋੜੀ ਦੇਰ ਅਰਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਥੋੜਾ ਸਾਹ ਲਿਆ।

| and refreshed themselves | וַיִּנָּפֵ֖שׁ | wayyinnāpēš | va-yee-na-FAYSH |
