ਇਹ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਉਸ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਅੰਗ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਮਹਿਮਾਮਈ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਭਾਗਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੈ।

மனிதருக்குள்ளே வழக்குண்டாய், அவர்கள் நியாயம் விசாரிக்கப்பட நியாயஸ்தலத்திலே வந்தால், நியாயாதிபதிகள் நீதிமானை நீதிமான் என்றும் குற்றவாளியைக் குற்றவாளி என்றும் தீர்க்கக்கடவர்கள்.
If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

a controversy	רִיב֙	rîb	reev
between	בֵּ֣ין	bên	bane
men,	אֲנָשִׁ֔ים	ʾănāšîm	uh-na-SHEEM
come they and	וְנִגְּשׁ֥וּ	wĕniggĕšû	veh-nee-ɡeh-SHOO
unto	אֶל	ʾel	el
