੧ ਸਮੋਈਲ 16:5
ਸਮੂਏਲ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਹਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ’ਚ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਬਲੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਲੀ ਲਈ ਚੱਲੋ।” ਸਮੂਏਲ ਨੇ ਯੱਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਨਿਉਤਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.

that thou shalt drink	מֵֽהַנַּ֣חַל	mēhannaḥal	may-ha-NA-hahl

Lord: the unto	בָּ֔אתִי	bāʾtî	BA-tee
sanctify yourselves,	הִֽתְקַדְּשׁ֔וּ	hitĕqaddĕšû	hee-teh-ka-deh-SHOO
and come	וּבָאתֶ֥ם	ûbāʾtem	oo-va-TEM
