ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਉੱਪਰ 550 ਮੁਖੀਏ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਸਨ।
