Numbers 35:15
ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਆਂ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਿਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ, ਜਿਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਅਨਜਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇ, ਭੱਜ ਕੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
