ਨੋਬਹ ਨੇ ਕਨਾਥ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਕਸਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

And Nobah	וְנֹ֣בַח	wĕnōbaḥ	veh-NOH-vahk
went	הָלַ֔ךְ	hālak	ha-LAHK
and took	וַיִּלְכֹּ֥ד	wayyilkōd	va-yeel-KODE
	אֶת	ʾet	et
Kenath,	קְנָ֖ת	qĕnāt	keh-NAHT
villages the and	וְאֶת	wĕʾet	veh-ET
thereof, and called	בְּנֹתֶ֑יהָ	bĕnōtêhā	beh-noh-TAY-ha
Nobah, it	וַיִּקְרָ֧א	wayyiqrāʾ	va-yeek-RA
after his own name.	לָ֦ה	lâ	la
	נֹ֖בַח	nōbaḥ	NOH-vahk
	בִּשְׁמֽוֹ׃	bišmô	beesh-MOH
