Leviticus 22:4
“ਜੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਚਮੜੀ ਦਾ ਭੈੜਾ ਰੋਗ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੇਹ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਚਿਰ ਪਾਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਇਹ ਨੇਮ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਜਾਜਕ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਵੀਰਜ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ।

“ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਮੇਹ ਵਾਲਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਪਾਕ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੱਤ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਧੋ ਲੈਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਗਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਪਾਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸੱਤਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

Numbers 18:9
ਲੋਕੀ ਬਲੀਆਂ, ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾ, ਪਾਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਭੇਟਾ ਅੱਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਭੇਟਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਪਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
Leviticus 21:22
ਉਹ ਜਾਜਕ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਭੋਜਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਅੱਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

Leviticus 13:44
ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਦੀ ਚਮੜੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੋੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਰੰਗ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੈ। ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੈ।
Leviticus 13:2
“ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਚਮੜੀ ਤੇ ਸੋਜਸ਼ ਜਾਂ ਖੁਜਲੀ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫ਼ੋੜਾ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਫ਼ੋੜਾ ਕੋੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗਾ ਲਗਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਜਕ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਜਕ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਕੋਲ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
Leviticus 11:24
ਉਹ ਮਕੌੜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਕੌੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

“ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ; ਇਹ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦੀ ਬਿਧੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅੱਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ।
Leviticus 2:10
ਬਾਕੀ ਬਚੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਗਈ ਭੇਟ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਅੱਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ।

ਬਚੀ ਹੋਈ ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਗਈ ਇਹ ਅੱਗ ਦੀ ਭੇਂਟ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈ।
