Lamentations 2:21
ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਬੰਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੇਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੇ। ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਟਿਆਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੱਭਰੂ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਨੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਜੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਰਹਿਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ!
