ਪਿਲਾਤੁਸ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਕੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ “ਪੱਥਰ ਦੇ ਚਬੂਤਰੇ” ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਲਿਆਇਆ। (ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਬਰਾਨੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਗੱਬਥਾ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਤੇ ਬੈਠ ਗਿਆ।
