Job 13 - ASV (Punjabi)

1 Lo, mine eye hath seen all `this', Mine ear hath heard and understood it.ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਰਹ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹ੍ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

2 What ye know, `the same' do I know also: I am not inferior unto you.ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਚਤੁਰ ਹਾਂ।

3 Surely I would speak to the Almighty, And I desire to reason with God.ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਹਿਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ। ਮੈਂ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਬਹਿਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

4 But ye are forgers of lies; Ye are all physicians of no value.ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਗਿਆਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਕੰਮੇ ਹਕੀਮਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹੋ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਇਲਾਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ।

5 Oh that ye would altogether hold your peace! And it would be your wisdom.ਕਾਸ਼ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਁਦੇ। ਇਹੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਭਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਸੀ।

6 Hear now my reasoning, And hearken to the pleadings of my lips.“ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰੀ ਦਲੀਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣੋ। ਜੋ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਸੁਣੋ।

7 Will ye speak unrighteously for God, And talk deceitfully for him?ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲੋਁਗੇ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਝੂਠ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

8 Will ye show partiality to him? Will ye contend for God?ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪੱਖ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਖਾਤਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਲਈ ਦਲੀਲਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ।

9 Is it good that he should search you out? Or as one deceiveth a man, will ye deceive him?ਜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਠੀਕ ਹੋ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਣਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ। ਉਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

10 He will surely reprove you If ye do secretly show partiality.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਅਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਚਿਹਰੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ, ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਹੈ।

11 Shall not his majesty make you afraid, And his dread fall upon you?ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਮਹਾਨਤਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦੇ ਹੋ।

12 Your memorable sayings are proverbs of ashes, Your defences are defences of clay.ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਰਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਾਠ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਰਬਹੀਣ ਕਹਾਉਤਾਂ ਹਨ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਦਲੀਲਾਂ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਜਿੰਨੀਆਂ ਬੇਕਾਰ ਦਲੀਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਹਨ।

13 Hold your peace, let me alone, that I may speak; And let come on me what will.“ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਰਹੋ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਉ। ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਪਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

14 Wherefore should I take my flesh in my teeth, And put my life in my hand?ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ।

15 Behold, he will slay me; I have no hope: Nevertheless I will maintain my ways before him.ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਹੀ ਮੁਕਾਵੇ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੁਖ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਦਾ ਬਚਾਉ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

16 This also shall be my salvation, That a godless man shall not come before him.ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਣ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੀ ਦਲੇਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਕਈ ਵੀ ਬਦ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਮੋ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।

17 Hear diligently my speech, And let my declaration be in your ears.ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਉਣ ਦੇ।

18 Behold now, I have set my cause in order; I know that I am righteous.ਮੈਂ ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਚਾਉ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦਲੀਲਾਂ ਹੋਸ਼ਿਆਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਧਰਮੀ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ।

19 Who is he that will contend with me? For then would I hold my peace and give up the ghost.ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਗਲਤ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਫੌਰਨ ਚੁੱਪ ਹੋ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ।

20 Only do not two things unto me; Then will I not hide myself from thy face:“ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬਸ ਦੋ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਫੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੁਪਾਂਗਾ:

21 Withdraw thy hand far from me; And let not thy terror make me afraid.ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦੇ, ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਖੌਫ਼ਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੈਭੀਤ ਕਰਨੋ ਰੁਕ ਜਾ।

22 Then call thou, and I will answer; Or let me speak, and answer thou me.ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾ ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੇ ਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੇ।

23 How many are mine iniquities and sins? Make me to know my transgression and my sin.ਮੈਂ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਕੁ ਪਾਪ ਕੀਤੇ ਨੇ, ਮੈਂ ਕੀ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਾਪ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਦਿਖਾ।

24 Wherefore hidest thou thy face, And holdest me for thine enemy?ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਲਕੋ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ?

25 Wilt thou harass a driven leaf? And wilt thou pursue the dry stubble?ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ? ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਡਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਿੱਕੇ ਤਿਨਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ।

26 For thou writest bitter things against me, And makest me to inherit the iniquities of my youth:ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੌੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੈਂ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਵੇਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ।

27 Thou puttest my feet also in the stocks, And markest all my paths; Thou settest a bound to the soles of my feet:ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਗਲੀਆਂ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ, ਤੂੰ ਹਰ ਕਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਚੁੱਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਧਾੇ ਹਰ ਕਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ।

28 Though I am like a rotten thing that consumeth, Like a garment that is moth-eaten.ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਲੱਕੜ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਗਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੀੜੇ ਖਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣ।”
