Jeremiah 5:24
ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਖਦੇ, ‘ਆਓ ਡਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰੀਏ। ਉਹ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖਿਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਬਰੱਖਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪੱਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਹੋਵੇ।’
