Hosea 4:9
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਜਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੋੜਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ।

| punish will I and | וּפָקַדְתִּ֤י | ûpāqadtî | oo-fa-kahd-TEE |
| עָלָיו֙ | ʿālāyw | ah-lav | |
| ways, their for them | דְּרָכָ֔יו | dĕrākāyw | deh-ra-HAV |
| and reward | וּמַעֲלָלָ֖יו | ûmaʿălālāyw | oo-ma-uh-la-LAV |
| them their doings. | אָשִׁ֥יב | ʾāšîb | ah-SHEEV |
