ਤਦ ਹਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਬਾਰੇ ਖਬਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਖਬਰ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਫ਼ੈਲੇਗੀ।
