Ezekiel 1:23
ਇਸ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਹਰ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦੇ ਖੰਭ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਤੀਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੇ ਸਨ। ਦੋ ਖੰਭ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਵੱਲ ਫ਼ੈਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਖੰਭ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵੱਲ, ਇਸਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਜਦੇ ਹੋਏ।

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਸਰਾਹਟ ਸੁਣੀ। ਹਰ ਵਾਰੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਹਿਲਦੇ ਸਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੰਭ ਬਹੁਤ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਸ਼ੋਰੀਲੇ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਵਾਂਗ ਜਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀੜ ਵਾਂਗ ਸ਼ੋਰੀਲੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਹਿਲਣੋ ਹਟ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਸਨ।

ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ? ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਉਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਖਾਸ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਲਾਇੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹੀ ਕੁਝ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।’”
