ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦਾ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਆਣਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
