ਦਾਊਦ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਤਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਗਰ ਹੋ ਤੁਰਿਆ। ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਦਸ ਪਤਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਵਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਛੱਡ ਗਿਆ।
