2 Kings 23:12
ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਹਾਜ਼ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ਉੱਪਰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀਆਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਜਗਵੇਦੀਆਂ ਬਣਵਾਈਆਂ ਪਰ ਯੋਸੀਯਾਹ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਗਵੇਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਟੁਕੜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੁਲਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਦਰੋਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਟਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

אֲשֶׁ֣רʾăšeruh-SHER

עַלʿalal

the
upper
chamber
הַגָּג֩haggāgha-ɡAHɡ
of
Ahaz,
עֲלִיַּ֨תʿăliyyatuh-lee-YAHT
which
אָחָ֜זʾāḥāzah-HAHZ
the
kings
אֲשֶׁרʾăšeruh-SHER
of
Judah
עָשׂ֣וּ׀ʿāśûah-SOO
had
made,
מַלְכֵ֣יmalkêmahl-HAY
altars
the
and
יְהוּדָ֗הyĕhûdâyeh-hoo-DA
which
וְאֶתwĕʾetveh-ET
Manasseh
הַֽמִּזְבְּחוֹת֙hammizbĕḥôtha-meez-beh-HOTE
had
made
אֲשֶׁרʾăšeruh-SHER
two
the
in
עָשָׂ֣הʿāśâah-SA
courts
מְנַשֶּׁ֔הmĕnaššemeh-na-SHEH
of
the
house
בִּשְׁתֵּ֛יbištêbeesh-TAY
Lord,
the

חַצְר֥וֹתḥaṣrôthahts-ROTE
did

בֵּיתbêtbate
beat
down,
יְהוָ֖הyĕhwâyeh-VA

brake
and
נָתַ֣ץnātaṣna-TAHTS

הַמֶּ֑לֶךְhammelekha-MEH-lek

cast
וַיָּ֣רָץwayyāroṣva-YA-rohts

מִשָּׁ֔םmiššāmmee-SHAHM
dust
the
וְהִשְׁלִ֥יךְwĕhišlîkveh-heesh-LEEK
of
them
into
אֶתʾetet
the
brook
עֲפָרָ֖םʿăpārāmuh-fa-RAHM
Kidron.
אֶלʾelel
נַ֥חַלnaḥalNA-hahl
קִדְרֽוֹן׃qidrônkeed-RONE
