ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਲਮਨਸਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਮਰਿਆ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਉੱਪਰ ਛੇਵੇਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆਇਹ ਹੋਸ਼ੇਆ ਦੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਨੌਵੇਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ।
