1 John 2 - DBY (Punjabi)

1 My children, these things I write to you in order that ye may not sin; and if any one sin, we have a patron with the Father, Jesus Christ [the] righteous;ਯਿਸੂ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਬਚਿਓ, ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਖਤ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਾਪ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਪਰ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੌਜੁਦ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਉਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਜੋ ਸਹੀ ਹੈ। ਯਿਸੂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ।

2 and *he* is the propitiation for our sins; but not for ours alone, but also for the whole world.ਯਿਸੂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਾਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੈ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਾਡੇ ਹੀ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦਾ ਵੀ।

3 And hereby we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.ਜੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਪੱਕੀ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗੇ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਮੁਚ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

4 He that says, I know him, and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ।” ਪਰ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦਾ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਝੂਠਾ ਹੈ। ਸੱਚ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

5 but whoever keeps his word, in him verily the love of God is perfected. Hereby we know that we are in him.ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਸੱਚ ਮੁੱਚ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਲਈ ਸੰਪੂਰਣ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਂ।

6 He that says he abides in him ought, even as *he* walked, himself also [so] to walk.ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨੱਮਿਤ ਰਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਜੀਵਿਆ ਸੀ।

7 Beloved, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment, which ye have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye heard.ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਿੱਤਰੋ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ। ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਮੁੱਢ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਉਹੀ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਸੂਣ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹੋਂ।

8 Again, I write a new commandment to you, which thing is true in him and in you, because the darkness is passing and the true light already shines.ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੇਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਾਂਗ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੱਚਾ ਹੈ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਯਿਸੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਨੇਰਾ ਅਲੋਪ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਚਮਕਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

9 He who says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is in the darkness until now.ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਂ।” ਪਰ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।

10 He that loves his brother abides in light, and there is no occasion of stumbling in him.ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਗਲਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਾ ਸੱਕੇਗੀ।

11 But he that hates his brother is in the darkness, and walks in the darkness, and knows not where he goes, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਹੈ? ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

12 I write to you, children, because [your] sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.ਪਿਆਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਓ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਮਸੀਹ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਪਾਪ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

13 I write to you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked [one]. I write to you, little children, because ye have known the Father.ਪਿਤਾਓ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਲੋਕੋ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ (ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ) ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

14 I have written to you, fathers, because ye have known him [that is] from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and ye have overcome the wicked [one].ਬੱਚਿਓ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ। ਪਿਤਾਓ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਜੋ ਮੁੱਢ ਤੋਂ ਮੌਜ਼ੂਦ ਸੀ। ਹੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਆਦਮੀਓ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ; ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ (ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ) ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

15 Love not the world, nor the things in the world. If any one love the world, the love of the Father is not in him;ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚਲੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

16 because all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.ਇਹ ਦੁਨਿਆਵੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪੀ-ਆਪੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਪੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਘਮੰਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ। ਉਹ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਨ।

17 And the world is passing, and its lust, but he that does the will of God abides for eternity.ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਵੀ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੈ ਸਦਾ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

18 Little children, it is [the] last hour, and, according as ye have heard that antichrist comes, even now there have come many antichrists, whence we know that it is [the] last hour.ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨਾ ਲੱਗੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਓ, ਅੰਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਸੀਹ ਦਾ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਇੰਨੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਅੰਤ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ।

19 They went out from among us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have surely remained with us, but that they might be made manifest that none are of us.ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਉਹ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਹ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ। ਜੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ। ਪਰ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਗਏ, ਇਹ ਦਰਸ਼ਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।

20 And *ye* have [the] unction from the holy [one], and ye know all things.ਪਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਉਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਦਾਤ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੱਚ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ।

21 I have not written to you because ye do not know the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਿਉਂ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ? ਕੀ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਚ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ? ਨਹੀਂ? ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਖਤ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਚ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਝੂਠ ਸੱਚ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।

22 Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? *He* is the antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.ਇਸ ਲਈ ਝੂਠਾ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ? ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮਸੀਹ ਦਾ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪਿਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ।

23 Whoever denies the Son has not the Father either; he who confesses the Son has the Father also.ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕੋਈ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਿਤਾ ਵੀ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪਿਤਾ ਵੀ ਉਸਦਾ ਹੈ।

24 As for *you* let that which ye have heard from the beginning abide in you: if what ye have heard from the beginning abides in you, *ye* also shall abide in the Son and in the Father.ਇਸ ਗੱਲੋਂ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੋਵੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਸਰਣ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੁੱਢ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਂ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਤੇ ਅਮਲ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਰ ਰਹੋਂਗੇ।

25 And this is the promise which *he* has promised us, life eternal.ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਹੈ।

26 These things have I written to you concerning those who lead you astray:ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਲਿਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

27 and *yourselves*, the unction which ye have received from him abides in you, and ye have not need that any one should teach you; but as the same unction teaches you as to all things, and is true and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, ye shall abide in him.ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਦਾਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦਾਤ ਹਾਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ। ਜਿਹੜੀ ਦਾਤ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਗੱਲ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਦਾਤ ਸੱਚੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਝੂਠੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਨਮਿੱਤ ਜਿਉਣ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੋ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਉਸਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

28 And now, children, abide in him, that if he be manifested we may have boldness, and not be put to shame from before him at his coming.ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਓ, ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀਵੋ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਂ, ਤਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਹਜੂਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੇਗਾ।

29 If ye know that he is righteous, know that every one who practises righteousness is begotten of him.ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਮਸੀਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਉਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਨੇਕ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ।
