ਆਤਮਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦਾਤ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਬੋਲਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਬਖਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ।
