ਪਰ ਗਸ਼ੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਯਾਈਰ ਦੇ ਨਗਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਕਨਾਥ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਹਥਿਆ ਲਿਆ। ਕੁਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਇਹ 60 ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਮਾਕੀਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਗਿਲਆਦ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਸੀ।
