Romans 9 - YLT (Oriya)

1 Truth I say in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing testimony with me in the Holy Spirit,ମୁଁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠା ରେ ଅଛି, ଓ ମୁଁ ସତ୍ଯ କହୁଛି। ମୁଁ ମିଛ କହୁ ନାହିଁ। ପବିତ୍ରଆତ୍ମା ଦ୍ବାରା ମାରେ ଭାବନା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ। ଏହି ଭାବନା ମାେତେ କୁ ହେ ଯେ ମୁଁ ମିଛ କୁ ହେ ନାହିଁ।

2 that I have great grief and unceasing pain in my heart --ମାରେ ଅଶଷେ ଦୁଃଖ ଅଛି, ଓ ମୁଁ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ଅଧିକ ବଦନୋଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଅଛି।

3 for I was wishing, I myself, to be anathema from the Christ -- for my brethren, my kindred, according to the flesh,ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀ। ସମାନେେ ଏହି ସଂସାର ରେ ମାରେ ପରିବାର। ମୁଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିପା ରେ। ମୁଁ ନିଜେ ଅଭିଶପ୍ତ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ଇଛୁକ, ଓ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କଠାରୁ ପୃଥକ ରହି ଶାପଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହାଇପୋ ରେ।

4 who are Israelites, whose `is' the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the lawgiving, and the service, and the promises,ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ଲୋକ। ସମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବଛାଯାଇଥୀବା ସନ୍ତାନ। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଖ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଅଛି ଓ ସମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ କରିଥୀବା ଚୁକ୍ତିର ସହଭାଗୀ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଉପାସନାର ସଠିକ ପଦ୍ଧତି ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତି ଶ୍ରୁତିମାନ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି।

5 whose `are' the fathers, and of whom `is' the Christ, according to the flesh, who is over all, God blessed to the ages. Amen.ସମାନେେ ଆମ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷ ମାନଙ୍କର ବଂଶଧର ଅଟନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ସଂସାର ରେ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କର ପରିବାର। ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅଟନ୍ତି। ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବଦା ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର ଆମେନ୍।

6 And it is not possible that the word of God hath failed; for not all who `are' of Israel are these Israel;ମୁଁ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ଦୁଃଖ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରୁଛି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ରକ୍ଷା କଲେ ନାହିଁ ବଲେି ନୁହେଁ, କାରଣ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର କବଳେ ଅଳ୍ପ କିଛି ଲୋକ ହିଁ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ଲୋକ।

7 nor because they are seed of Abraham `are' all children, but -- `in Isaac shall a seed be called to thee;'ଅବ୍ରାହମଙ୍କ କବଳେ ଅଳ୍ପ କିଛି ସନ୍ତାନ ହିଁ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ସନ୍ତାନ। ଅବ୍ରାହମଙ୍କୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଥୀଲେ: ଇସ୍ହାସ ଦ୍ବାରା ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଧୀ ସଂଗତ ବଂଶବୃଦ୍ଦି ହବେ।

8 that is, the children of the flesh -- these `are' not children of God; but the children of the promise are reckoned for seed;ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ ଯେ ଅବ୍ରାହମଙ୍କ ବଂଶର ସମସ୍ତେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରକୃତ ସନ୍ତାନ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି। କବଳେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଦ୍ବାରା ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ ହଇେଥିଲେ ସହେିମାନେ ଅବ୍ରାହମଙ୍କ ପ୍ରକୃତ ସନ୍ତାନ ହେଲେ।

9 for the word of promise `is' this; `According to this time I will come, and there shall be to Sarah a son.'ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଏହିପରି ଥିଲା: ଉଚିତ୍ ସମୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ ମୁଁ ଫରେିବି ଓ ସାରା ପୁତ୍ର ଜନ୍ମ କରିବ।

10 And not only `so', but also Rebecca, having conceived by one -- Isaac our father --କବଳେ ଏତିକି ନୁହେଁ। ଆମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବ ପୁରୁଷ ୟିସ୍ହାଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ରିବିକା ଦୁଇଟି ସନ୍ତାନ ଲାଭ କରିଥିଲେ।

11 (for they being not yet born, neither having done anything good or evil, that the purpose of God, according to choice, might remain; not of works, but of Him who is calling,) it was said to her --ଦୁଇଟି ପୁତ୍ର ଜନ୍ମ ହବୋ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଓ ସମାନେେ କୌଣସି ଭଲ ବା ମନ୍ଦ କାମ କରି ନଥୀବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ରିବିକାକୁ କହିଥୀଲେ, ବଡ ପୁତ୍ରଟି ସାନଟିର ସବୋକରିବ।

12 `The greater shall serve the less;'ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମ ନୋନୟନ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଯଜେନା ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ଥିଲା ଓ ଯାହା ସେ ଗ୍ଭହିଁଥୀଲେ ସହେି କାରଣରୁ ହେଲା।

13 according as it hath been written, `Jacob I did love, and Esau I did hate.'ଶାସ୍ତ୍ର କୁ ହେ: ମୁଁ ଯାବକକୁ ଭଲ ପାଇଲି କିନ୍ତୁ, ଏଷୌକୁ ନୁହେଁ।

14 What, then, shall we say? unrighteousness `is' with God? let it not be!ତା' ହେଲେ ଏ ବିଷୟ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ କଣ କହିବା? କ'ଣ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅନ୍ଯାଯୀ?

15 for to Moses He saith, `I will do kindness to whom I do kindness, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion;'ନା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏପରି କହି ପାରିବା ନାହିଁ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଥୀଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯାହାକୁ ଦୟା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରିବା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା ଦଖାଇବୋ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯାହାକୁ କରୁଣା ଦଖାଇବୋ ପାଇଁ ଇଛା କରିବା ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାକୁ କରୁଣା ଦଖାଇବୋା

16 so, then -- not of him who is willing, nor of him who is running, but of God who is doing kindness:ଅତଏବ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦୟା ଉପରେ ଏହା ନିର୍ଭର କରେ, ଜଣେ ଲୋକର ଇଚ୍ଛା ବା ଚେଷ୍ଟା ଉପରେ ନୁହେଁ ।

17 for the Writing saith to Pharaoh -- `For this very thing I did raise thee up, that I might shew in thee My power, and that My name might be declared in all the land;'ଧର୍ମଶାନ୍ତ୍ର ରେ ଯେପରି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଫାରୋକୁ କହନ୍ତି: ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ଏକ ମାତ୍ର ଉଦେଶ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରାଜା କରିଛୁ, ୟଦ୍ବାରା ତୁମ୍ଭ ମାଧ୍ଯମ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଶକ୍ତି ଦଖାଇେ ପାରିବା ଓ ଅତଏବ ଆମ୍ଭ ନାମ ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ବ ରେ ଘୋଷିତ ହେଉ ବୋଲ ଆମ୍ଭ ଇଚ୍ଛା।

18 so, then, to whom He willeth, He doth kindness, and to whom He willeth, He doth harden.ଅତଏବ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଦୟା ଦଖାଇବୋକୁ ଚାହାନ୍ତି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସେ ଦୟା ଦଖାେନ୍ତି ଓ ଯେଉଁ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେ କଠାେର କରିବାକୁ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସେ କଠାେର କରନ୍ତି।

19 Thou wilt say, then, to me, `Why yet doth He find fault? for His counsel who hath resisted?'ତା ହେଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରି ପାର ଯେ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦୋଷ କାହିଁକି ଧରନ୍ତି?

20 nay, but, O man, who art thou that art answering again to God? shall the thing formed say to Him who did form `it', Why me didst thou make thus?ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବଳେ ଜଣେ ମଣିଷ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ଓଲଟି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ପଚାରିବାର ଅଧୀକାର ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାହିଁ। ମାଟିକଳସୀଟି କୁମ୍ଭାରକୁ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରେ ନାହିଁ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଏପରି ଭାବେ କାହିଁକି ଗଢିଲ?

21 hath not the potter authority over the clay, out of the same lump to make the one vessel to honour, and the one to dishonour?କୁମ୍ଭାରର ଅଧୀକାର ରହିଛି ଯେ ସେ ମାଟି ପିଣ୍ତୁଳାଟି ନଇେ ବିଶଷେ ପ୍ରୟୋଜନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରୟୋଜନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅନ୍ୟ ପାତ୍ରଟିଏ ତିଆରି କରିବ।

22 And if God, willing to shew the wrath and to make known His power, did endure, in much long suffering, vessels of wrath fitted for destruction,ଠିକ୍ ସହେିଭଳି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମଧ୍ଯ ନିଜର କୋରଧ ଓ ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହିଁଥୀଲେ। ସେ ଖୁବ୍ ଧୈୟ୍ଯର ସହିତ ତାହାଙ୍କ କୋର୍ଧ ଓ ବିନାଶ ପାତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହି ନଇେଥୀଲେ।

23 and that He might make known the riches of His glory on vessels of kindness, that He before prepared for glory, whom also He did call -- us --ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କର ଦୟାପାତ୍ର ମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ମହିମାର ଧନ ଦଖାଇବୋ ଲାଗି ର୍ଧୈୟ୍ଯପୂର୍ବକ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥୀଲେ।

24 not only out of Jews, but also out of nations,ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କଲେ।

25 as also in Hosea He saith, `I will call what `is' not My people -- My people; and her not beloved -- Beloved,ଆମ୍ଭେ ମାନେ ସହେି ଲୋକ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର କବଳେ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ନୁହେଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଅଣ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଆମ୍ଭ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡାକିଲେ। ହାେେଶୟ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଏହିପରି ଲଖାେ ଅଛି:

26 and it shall be -- in the place where it was said to them, Ye `are' not My people; there they shall be called sons of the living God.'ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଥୀଲେ, 'ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆମ୍ବ ଲୋକ ନୁହଁ'- ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ସମାନେେ ଜୀବିତ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ ବୋଲାଇବେ। ହାେେଶୟ 1:10

27 And Isaiah doth cry concerning Israel, `If the number of the sons of Israel may be as the sand of the sea, the remnant shall be saved;ଏବଂ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବିଷୟ ରେ ୟିଶାଇୟ ଘାଷେଣା କରି କୁହନ୍ତି:

28 for a matter He is finishing, and is cutting short in righteousness, because a matter cut short will the Lord do upon the land.କାରଣ ପ୍ରଭୁ ନିଜ ନ୍ଯାୟ ବଳ ରେ ବିଚାର କରି ପୃଥିବୀର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ସମାପ୍ତ କରି ଦବେେ।

29 and according as Isaiah saith before, `Except the Lord of Sabaoth did leave to us a seed, as Sodom we had become, and as Gomorrah we had been made like.'ୟିଶାଇୟ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ଯ କହିଥିଲେ:

30 What, then, shall we say? that nations who are not pursuing righteousness did attain to righteousness, and righteousness that `is' of faith,ତା' ହେଲେ ଏସବୁର ଅର୍ଥ କ'ଣ? ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ ଯେ, ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଧାର୍ମିକ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ଯତ୍ନ ଶୀଳ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ନିଜ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ହତେୁ ଧାର୍ମିକ ହେଲେ।

31 and Israel, pursuing a law of righteousness, at a law of righteousness did not arrive;ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକେ ଧାର୍ମିକ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ କରି ମଧ୍ଯ କୃତକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ହେଲେ ନାହିଁ।

32 wherefore? because -- not by faith, but as by works of law; for they did stumble at the stone of stumbling,କାରଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବିଶ୍ବାସ ନଥିଲା ଯେ ସମାନେେ ନିଜର କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଦ୍ବାରା ଧାର୍ମିକ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କଲେ ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ ଝୁଣ୍ଟି ପଡିବା ପଥର ରେ ଝୁଣ୍ଟି ପଡିଲେ।

33 according as it hath been written, `Lo, I place in Sion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence; and every one who is believing thereon shall not be ashamed.'ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ର ସେ ପଥର ବିଷୟ ରେ କୁ ହେ:
