Psalm 87:1-6 in Oriya

1 His foundation is in the holy mountains.

2 The Lord loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah.

4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this man was born there.

5 And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.

6 The Lord shall count, when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah.

1 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ପର୍ବତ ଉପରେ ତାଙ୍କର ମନ୍ଦିର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କଲେ।
His foundation is in the holy mountains.

2 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସିୟୋନର ଦ୍ବାର ସମୂହକୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ନହେ କରନ୍ତି।

3 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନଗରୀ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷଯରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ନାନାବିଧ ଗୌରବର କଥା କୁହନ୍ତି।

4 ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଏକ ତାଲିକା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକ କେଉଁଠାରେ ଜନ୍ମ ହାଇେଥିଲେ। ସହେିମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ସବୋ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ମିଶର ଓ ବାବିଲରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।

5 ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କେତକେ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟରେ, ସୋରରେ ଓ ଇଥିଓପିଆରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।

6 ଆଉ ସିୟୋନ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସମସ୍ତ ନାମକୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ସଠାେରେ ଜନ୍ମ ହାଇେଥିଲେ।
