ସହେି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ଓ ମିଥ୍ଯା କହନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ କରିଥିବା କର୍ମ ପାଇଁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ବିଧାନ କର। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଅହଙ୍କାର ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କବଳିତ କରୁ।
