Psalm 131
1 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ଗର୍ବୀ ବା ଅହଙ୍କାରୀ ନୁହେଁ। ମୁଁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଜିନିଷ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ ମହାନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କିଅବା ବହୁତ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଗ୍ରହୀ ହୋଇ ନାହିଁ।
2 ମୁଁ ଶାନ୍ତ ଅଟେ, ମୋର ପ୍ରାଣ ଧୀର ଅଟେ। ଏକ ଶିଶୁ ତା’ର ମା କୋଳରେ ଥିବାପରି ମୋ’ ପ୍ରାଣ ଶାନ୍ତ ଓ ସୁସ୍ଥିର ଅଟେ।
3 ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ, ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏବଂ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ରଖ।

2 Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
3 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
4 Let Israel hope in the Lord from henceforth and for ever.
