Proverbs 6 - YLT (Oriya)

1 My son! if thou hast been surety for thy friend, Hast stricken for a stranger thy hand,ହେ ମାରେ ପୁତ୍ର, ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକର ଋଣ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ଯସ୍ଥି ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ। ଅନ୍ୟର ଋଣ ପରିଶାଧେ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କର ନାହିଁ। ସେ ସାଙ୍ଗ ହେଉ କି ଜଣେ ଅଜଣା ଆଗନ୍ତୁକ ହେଉ ?

2 Hast been snared with sayings of thy mouth, Hast been captured with sayings of thy mouth,ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ କର, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଦ୍ବାରା ଫାନ୍ଦ ରେ ପଡ଼ିଅଛ ଓ ଆପଣା କଥା ପାଇଁ ଧରାୟାଇ ଅଛ।

3 Do this now, my son, and be delivered, For thou hast come into the hand of thy friend. Go, trample on thyself, and strengthen thy friend,ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଏଥିରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର। ଯେ ହତେୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ବନ୍ଧୁର ହସ୍ତଗତ ହାଇେଅଛ। ୟାଅ ଆପଣାକୁ ନମ୍ରକରି ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀକି ବାରମ୍ବାର ବୀନତି କର। ସେ ଋଣରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରୁ।

4 Give not sleep to thine eyes, And slumber to thine eyelids,ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କର ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ନିଦ୍ରା ୟାଅ ନାହିଁ।

5 Be delivered as a roe from the hand, And as a bird from the hand of a fowler.ଆପଣାକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର, ଯେପରି ହରିଣ ବ୍ଯାଧଠାରୁ ଦୌଡ଼ି ପଳାଏ ଓ ପକ୍ଷୀମାନେ ଫାସରୁ ରହିୟାଆନ୍ତି।

6 Go unto the ant, O slothful one, See her ways and be wise;ହେ ଅଳସୁଆ ଲୋକମାନେ ! ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପିମ୍ପୁଡ଼ି ନିକଟକୁ ୟାଅ। ଦେଖ, ପିମ୍ପୁଡ଼ିମାନେ କିପରି କର୍ମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ଶିଖ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଉଦାହରଣରୂପେ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କର।

7 Which hath not captain, overseer, and ruler,ପିମ୍ପୁଡ଼ିମାନଙ୍କର ନେତା କି ନିରୀକ୍ଷକ କିଅବା ଶାସକ କହେି ନ ଥାନ୍ତି।

8 She doth prepare in summer her bread, She hath gathered in harvest her food.ସମାନେେ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମକାଳ ରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟକୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଶୀତକାଳ ରେ ପ୍ରଚୁର ପରିମାଣ ରେ ସମାନେେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସଂଗୃହୀତ କରିଥାନ୍ତି।

9 Till when, O slothful one, dost thou lie? When dost thou arise from thy sleep?ହେ ଅଳସୁଆ ଲୋକମାନେ, କେତକୋଳ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଠାେ ରେ ପଡ଼ି ରହିବ ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ କେତକୋଳ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନିଦ୍ରା ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଉଠିବ ?

10 A little sleep, a little slumber, A little clasping of the hands to rest,ଅଳସୁଆମାନେ କହନ୍ତି, ଆଉ ଟିକିଏ ଶାଇେବି, ଆଉ ଟିକିଏ ଢୁଳାଏ। ଆଉ ଟିକିଏ ନିଦ୍ରା ୟିବା ପାଇଁ ଭିଡ଼ିମାେଡ଼ି ହୁଏ।

11 And thy poverty hath come as a traveller, And thy want as an armed man.କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଶାଇେ ରହେ ଓ ଆଉ ଶୋଇ ରହେ। ସେ ଦରିଦ୍ରରୁ ଦରିଦ୍ରତର ହାଇୟୋଏ। ଖୁବ୍ଶୀଘ୍ର ତା'ର ଆଉ କିଛି ନ ଥାଏ। ଅଳସୁଆମୀ ଖଣ୍ଟ ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଧନ ଏକାଥରେ ଛଡ଼ାଇ ନବେ।

12 A man of worthlessness, a man of iniquity, Walking `with' perverseness of mouth,ପାପାଧମ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି, ଅପରାଧୀ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ସର୍ବଦା ମିଥ୍ଯା କଥା କହନ୍ତି।

13 Winking with his eyes, speaking with his feet, Directing with his fingers,ସେ ଆଖି ରେ ଠା ରେ, ସେ ଗୋଡ଼ ରେ ଓ ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳି ଦ୍ବାରା ସଙ୍କତେ କରେ।

14 Frowardness `is' in his heart, devising evil at all times, Contentions he sendeth forth.ତା'ର ହୃଦଯ ରେ କୁଟିଳତା ଥାଏ। ସେ ସର୍ବଦା ଅନିଷ୍ଟ ଯୋଜନା କରେ। ସେ ୟୁକ୍ତିତର୍କ ଓ କଳି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରେ।

15 Therefore suddenly cometh his calamity, Instantly he is broken -- and no healing.କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ର ବିପଦ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହବେ। ସେ ଆକସ୍ମିକ ଶୀଘ୍ର ବିନାଶ ହବେ। ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କୁ କିଛି ଉପାଯ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ।

16 These six hath Jehovah hated, Yea, seven `are' abominations to His soul.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ଛଅ ଗୋଟି ବିଷଯକୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି। ସପ୍ତବସ୍ତୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ତାଙ୍କର ଘୃଣା ଯୋଗ୍ଯ।

17 Eyes high -- tongues false -- And hands shedding innocent blood --ଅହଙ୍କାର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି, ମିଥ୍ଯାବାଦୀ ଜିହ୍ବା, ନିର୍ଦ୍ ଦୋଷର ରକ୍ତପାତକାରୀ ହସ୍ତ।

18 A heart devising thoughts of vanity -- Feet hasting to run to evil --ହୃଦଯ କୁକର୍ମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା କରେ, କୁକର୍ମ କରିବାକୁ ବଗଗୋମୀ ଚରଣ।

19 A false witness `who' doth breathe out lies -- And one sending forth contentions between brethren.ମିଥ୍ଯା ସାକ୍ଷୀ, ଯେ ମିଥ୍ଯା କହି ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ କଳିର ବୀଜ ବୁଣେ।

20 Keep, my son, the command of thy father, And leave not the law of thy mother.ହେ ମାରେ ପୁତ୍ର, ଆପଣା ପିତାର ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କର। ଏବଂ ମାତାର ଉପଦେଶ ଭୁଲ ନାହିଁ।

21 Bind them on thy heart continually, Tie them on thy neck.ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଆଜ୍ଞାସବୁ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସର୍ବଦା ମନେ ରଖ। ତାହାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ହୃଦଯ ରେ ବାନ୍ଧି ରଖ ଏବଂ ତାହାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗଳାର ଫୁଲହାର ପରି ବାନ୍ଧ।

22 In thy going up and down, it leadeth thee, In thy lying down, it watcheth over thee, And thou hast awaked -- it talketh `with' thee.ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଚାଲିବ, ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶିକ୍ଷାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପଥ ଦଖାଇବେେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶଯନ କରିବାକୁ ୟିବ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରହରୀ ହବେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହବେ, ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହ ଆଳାପ କରିବେ।

23 For a lamp `is' the command, And the law a light, And a way of life `are' reproofs of instruction,ତୁମ୍ଭ ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କର ଶିକ୍ଷା ଆଲୋକ ବର୍ତ୍ତୀକା ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସର୍ବଦା ସତ୍ ପଥରେ ଚଳାଇ ନବେ। ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ତାଲିମ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରିବ ଓ ଜୀବନ ପଥରେ ଚଳାଇ ନବେ।

24 To preserve thee from an evil woman, From the flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶିକ୍ଷା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ପୁରୁଷର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଠାରୁ ଓ ଗଣିକାର ଚାଟୁବାକ୍ଯଠାରୁ ଦୂ ରଇେ ରଖୁ।

25 Desire not her beauty in thy heart, And let her not take thee with her eyelids.ତୁମ୍ଭ ହୃଦଯ ରେ ସହେି ସୁନ୍ଦର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ୟ୍ଯକୁ ଲୋଭ କର ନାହିଁ। ତା'ର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରତାରିତ ନ କରୁ।

26 For a harlot consumeth unto a cake of bread, And an adulteress the precious soul hunteth.ବ୍ଯଭିଚାରିଣୀକୁ ପାଉଁରୋଟୀର ଦାମ ଦବୋକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ, ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣଙ୍କ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଜୀବନର ଦାମ ଦବୋକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ।

27 Doth a man take fire into his bosom, And are his garments not burnt?ଯଦି କହେି ଲୋକ ତା'ର ବକ୍ଷ ଦେଶ ରେ ନିଆଁ ରଖିବ, ତବେେ ତାହା ପୋଡ଼ି ୟିବ।

28 Doth a man walk on the hot coals, And are his feet not scorched?ଯଦି କହେି ଲୋକ ଜ୍ବଳନ୍ତା ଅଙ୍ଗାର ଉପ ରେ ଚାଲେ, ତବେେ ତା'ର ପାଦ ପୋଡ଼ିୟିବ।

29 So `is' he who hath gone in unto the wife of his neighbour, None who doth touch her is innocent.ଏହା ଠିକ୍ ସହେିପରି ହବେ, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସହିତ ଶଯନ କରିବ। ଯେକହେି ଏହା ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ ଦଣ୍ଡିତରୁ ପଳାଇ ୟାଇପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

30 They do not despise the thief, When he stealeth to fill his soul when he is hungry,ଭୋକିଲା ୟୋଗୁ ଯଦି ଚୋରି କରେ। ତବେେ ଲୋକେ ତାକୁ ଘୃଣା କରିବେ।

31 And being found he repayeth sevenfold, All the substance of his house he giveth.ମାତ୍ର ଯଦି ଧରାପଡ଼େ, ତବେେ ତାକୁ ସାତଗୁଣ ଫରୋଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼େ। ଆପଣା ଗୃହର ସର୍ବସ୍ବ ତାକୁ ଦବୋକୁ ହବେ।

32 He who committeth adultery `with' a woman lacketh heart, He is destroying his soul who doth it.ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯଭୀଚାରୀ ଲୋକ ନିର୍ବୋଧ ଅଟେ। ସେ ତା'ର ନିଜର ବିନାଶ ଆଣିବ।

33 A stroke and shame he doth find, And his reproach is not wiped away,ଲୋକମାନେ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ନିଜର ସମସ୍ତ ସମ୍ମାନ ହରନ୍ତି। ତା'ର କଳଙ୍କ ମାର୍ଜିତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

34 For jealousy `is' the fury of a man, And he doth not spare in a day of vengeance.ସହେି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ସ୍ବାମୀ ନିତ୍ଯାନ୍ତ ଇର୍ଷାପରାଯଣ ହବେ। ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ନିତ୍ଯାନ୍ତ କୋରଧତ ହବେ। ପ୍ରତିହିଂସା କରିବା ବେଳେ ସେ କିଛି ମାନିବ ନାହିଁ।

35 He accepteth not the appearance of any atonement, Yea, he doth not consent, Though thou dost multiply bribes!ଯେ କୌଣସି ମୂଲ୍ଯ ତା'ର କୋର୍ଧକୁ ଶାନ୍ତ କରିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଯେତେ ଅର୍ଥ ଦେଲେ ବି ତା'ର କୋରଧ ଶାନ୍ତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।
