ମଧୁ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଉତ୍ତମ। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆବଶ୍ଯକତାଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ନିଅ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅଧିକ ଖାଇବ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ହବେ।
