Proverbs 15 - DBY (Oriya)

1 A soft answer turneth away fury; but a grievous word stirreth up anger.କୋମଳ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଉତ୍ତର କୋରଧକୁ ଦମନ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର କଟୁବାକ୍ଯ କୋପ ଜନ୍ମାଏ।

2 The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright; but the mouth of the foolish poureth out folly.ଜଣେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକ ତା'ର ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ଭଲ ଭାବରେ କହିପା ରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ନିର୍ ବୋଧ ନିର୍ ବୋଧତାକୁ ବଖାଣେ।

3 The eyes of Jehovah are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସର୍ବଦା ସବୁଠା ରେ ଘଟୁଥିବା ଘଟଣାକୁ ଦେଖନ୍ତି। ସେ ଅଧମ ଓ ଉତ୍ତମ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ନୀରିକ୍ଷଣ କରନ୍ତି।

4 Gentleness of tongue is a tree of life; but crookedness therein is a breaking of the spirit.ଶାନ୍ତିର ବାକ୍ଯ ଜୀବନର ବୃକ୍ଷ ସ୍ବରୂପ। ମାତ୍ର କୁଟିଳ ବାକ୍ଯ ଆତ୍ମା ନଷ୍ଟ କରେ।

5 A fool despiseth his father's instruction; but he that regardeth reproof becometh prudent.ଅଜ୍ଞାନ ଆପଣା ପିତାର ଶାସନକୁ ଅବ ହଳୋ କରେ, ମାତ୍ର ବିଜ୍ଞୋଚିତ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଭର୍ତ୍ସନାକୁ ଆଦର ସହ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି।

6 In the house of a righteous [man] is much treasure; but in the revenue of a wicked [man] is disturbance.ଧାର୍ମିକର ଗୃହ ରେ ବହୁ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଥାଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟର ଆଯ ରେ ସବୁବେଳେ କଷ୍ଟ ଥାଏ।

7 The lips of the wise disperse knowledge, but not so the heart of the foolish.ଜ୍ଞାନୀମାନଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରସାରଣ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ମୂର୍ଖର ମନ ସପରେି କରେ ନାହିଁ।

8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to Jehovah; but the prayer of the upright is his delight.ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ବଳିଦାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠା ରେ ଘୃଣାର ବିଷଯ ଅଟେ। ମାତ୍ର ସରଳ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାକୁ ସେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି।

9 The way of a wicked [man] is an abomination to Jehovah; but him that pursueth righteousness he loveth.ଦୁଷ୍ଟର ଗତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଘୃଣା ବିଷଯ। ମାତ୍ର ଧାର୍ମିକତାର ଅନୁଗାମୀକି ସେ ପ୍ ରମେ କରନ୍ତି।

10 Grievous correction is for him that forsaketh the path; he that hateth reproof shall die.ଜଣେ ୟିଏ ଜ୍ଞାନର ପଥ ତ୍ଯାଗ କରେ, ପୁଣି ଯେଉଁଲୋକ ଅନୁୟୋଗ ଘୃଣା କରେ ସେ ମରିବ।

11 Sheol and destruction are before Jehovah; how much more then the hearts of the children of men!ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଓ ବିନାଶ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଗ ରେ ଖାେଲା ପଡ଼ିଥାଏ। ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ହୃଦଯର ଅଭିପ୍ରାଯ ତା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ତାହାଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟା

12 A scorner loveth not one that reproveth him; he will not go unto the wise.ଜଣେ ନିନ୍ଦୁକ ଅନୁୟୋଗ ପାଇବାକୁ ଭଲ ପାଆନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ କଦାପି ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ୟାଆନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।

13 A joyful heart maketh a cheerful countenance; but by sorrow of heart the spirit is broken.ଗୋଟିଏ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହୃଦଯ ମୁଖକୁ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ କରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ହୃଦଯର ଦୁଃଖ ସହିତ, ଆତ୍ମା ଦୁଃଖୀ ହବେ ଏବଂ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ୟାଏ।

14 The heart of an intelligent [man] seeketh knowledge; but the mouth of the foolish feedeth on folly.ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନର ମନ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଲୋଡ଼େ। ମାତ୍ର ମୂର୍ଖମାନଙ୍କର ମୁଖ ଅଜ୍ଞାନତା ଆହାର କରେ।

15 All the days of the afflicted are evil; but a cheerful heart is a continual feast.ଗୋଟିଏ ମାତ୍ର ଜଣେ ହୃଷ୍ଟଚିତ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଦିନ ଗୋଟିଏ ଭୋଜି ଅଟେ।

16 Better is little with the fear of Jehovah than great store and disquietude therewith.ଅଶାନ୍ତି ୟୁକ୍ତି ବହୁ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଭୟୟୁକ୍ତ ଅଳ୍ପ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଭଲ।

17 Better is a meal of herbs where love is, than a fatted ox and hatred therewith.ହିଂସା ସହିତ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୃଷ୍ଟ ଗୋମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ପ୍ ରମେଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଶାକାନ୍ନ ଭଲ।

18 A furious man stirreth up contention; but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.କ୍ରୋଧୀ ଲୋକ ବିବାଦ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରେ କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଣେ ର୍ଧୈୟ୍ଯ ମଣିଷ ଯାହାର ଗୋଟିଏ ବିବାଦକୁ ସମାଧାନ କରେ।

19 The way of the sluggard is as a hedge of thorns; but the path of the upright is made plain.ଅଳସର ବାଟ କଣ୍ଟାବାଡ଼ ପରି, ମାତ୍ର ଗୋଟିଏ ସାଧୁ ଲୋକର ପଥ ଗୋଟିଏ ରାଜପଥ ପରି ଅଟେ।

20 A wise son maketh a glad father; but a foolish man despiseth his mother.ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ପୁତ୍ର ପିତାର ଆହ୍ଲାଦ ଜନ୍ମାଏ, ମାତ୍ର ମୂର୍ଖ ପୁତ୍ର ଆପଣା ମାତାକୁ ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରେ।

21 Folly is joy to him that is void of sense; but a man of understanding regulateth his walk.ନିର୍ ବୋଧ ପ୍ରତି, ଅଜ୍ଞାନତା କୌତୁହଳପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ମାତ୍ର ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ୍ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଗତି ୟଥୋଚିତ୍ କରନ୍ତି।

22 Without counsel purposes are disappointed; but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ଅଭାବରେ ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପ ବିଫଳ ହୁଏ। ମାତ୍ର ବହୁତ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଦ୍ବାରା ତାହା ସ୍ଥିରୀକୃତ ହୁଏ।

23 A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth; and a word in its season, how good is it!ଉତ୍ତମ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇେ ଜଣେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ପାଏ, କିନ୍ତୁ କେତେ ଭଲ ୟଥୋଚିତ କଥା ୟଥୋଚିତ ସମୟରେ ଅଟେ।

24 The path of life is upwards for the wise, that he may depart from Sheol beneath.ନୀଚସ୍ଥିତ ପାତାଳକୁ ତ୍ଯାଗ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ୍ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଜୀବନର ପଥ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବଗାମୀ।

25 Jehovah plucketh up the house of the proud; but he establisheth the boundary of the widow.ଗର୍ବୀ ଲୋକର ଗୃହକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବେ। ମାତ୍ର ବିଧବାର ସୀମା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବେ।

26 The thoughts of the evil [man] are an abomination to Jehovah; but pure words are pleasant.ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକର ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ନିକଟରେ ଘୃଣ୍ଯ ଅଟେ। ମାତ୍ର ସ୍ବଳ୍ପ କଥା ଆନନ୍ଦ ଦାୟକ।

27 He that is greedy of gain troubleth his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall live.ଲୋଭୀ ଆପଣା ପରିଜନକୁ ଦୁଃଖ ଦିଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଲାଞ୍ଚକୁ ଘୃଣା କରେ, ସେ ବଞ୍ଚିବ।

28 The heart of a righteous [man] studieth to answer; but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.ଧାର୍ମିକର ମନ ବିବଚେନା କରି ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ମନ୍ଦକଥା ସର୍ବଦା କ ହେ।

29 Jehovah is far from the wicked; but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଦୂର ରେ ଥାନ୍ତି। ପୁଣି ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ସେ ଶୁଣନ୍ତି।

30 That which enlighteneth the eyes rejoiceth the heart; good tidings make the bones fat.ଚକ୍ଷୁର ଦୀପ୍ତି ମନକୁ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ କରେ। ଉତ୍ତମ ସମାଚାର ଅସ୍ଥିଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପୃଷ୍ଟି ଯୋଗଏ।

31 The ear that heareth the reproof of life shall abide among the wise.ଯେଉଁ କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଜୀବନ ଦାୟକ ଅନୁୟୋଗ ଶୁଣେ, ତାହା ଜ୍ଞାନୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରେ।

32 He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul; but he that heareth reproof getteth sense.ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଶାସନ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ଯ କରେ, ସେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣ କାଳକୁ ହ୍ରାସ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ଅନୁ ଯୋଗ ଯେ ଶୁଣେ, ସେ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ପାଏ।

33 The fear of Jehovah is the discipline of wisdom, and before honour [goeth] humility.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସମ୍ମାନ ଜ୍ଞାନପ୍ରଦ ଉପଦେଶ ଅଟେ। ଏବଂ ନମ୍ରତା ସମ୍ଭ୍ରମର ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଥାଏ।
