Proverbs 12 - YLT (Oriya)

1 Whoso is loving instruction, is loving knowledge, And whoso is hating reproof `is' brutish.ଯଦି ଜଣେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ହବୋକୁ ଚା ହେଁ, ସେ ତା'ର ଭୁଲକୁ ଠିକ୍ କରିବାକୁ ଭଲ ପାଏ। ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଅନୁ ଯୋଗ ଘୃଣା କରେ ସେ ମୂର୍ଖ।

2 The good bringeth forth favour from Jehovah, And the man of wicked devices He condemneth.ସତ୍ ଲୋକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ପା'ନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି କୁପଥ କଳ୍ପନା କରେ, ସେ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ହବେ।

3 A man is not established by wickedness, And the root of the righteous is not moved.କୁପଥ ଦ୍ବାରା କହେି ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକମାନେ ନିରାପଦ ରେ ରହିବେ।

4 A virtuous woman `is' a crown to her husband, And as rottenness in his bones `is' one causing shame.ଗୁଣବତୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆପଣା ସ୍ବାମୀର ମୁକୁଟ ସ୍ବରୂପ। ଲଜ୍ଜାଦାଯିନୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତା'ର ହାତ ସବୁର କ୍ଷଯ ସ୍ବରୂପ।

5 The thoughts of the righteous `are' justice, The counsels of the wicked -- deceit.ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କର ଯୋଜନାସବୁ ଯଥାର୍ଥ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଉପଦେଶ ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନାପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।

6 The words of the wicked `are': `Lay wait for blood,' And the mouth of the upright delivereth them.ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ରକ୍ତପାତ କରିବାକୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶବ୍ଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ନଷ୍ଠାପର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଶବ୍ଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିପର୍ୟ୍ଯଯରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି।

7 Overthrow the wicked, and they are not, And the house of the righteous standeth.ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ବିନାଶ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସତ୍ତା ଲୋପ ପାଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଧାର୍ମିକମାନେ ମରିଗଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସମାନେେ ସ୍ମୃତି ରେ ହିଁ ରହନ୍ତି।

8 According to his wisdom is a man praised, And the perverted of heart becometh despised.ସେ କହୁଥିବା ଜ୍ଞାନ କଥା ପାଇଁ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପ୍ରଶଂସିତ ହବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସହେି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ଯାହାର ହୃଦଯ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଓ ଜିଦ୍ଖୋର ତାକୁ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁଚ୍ଛ ବୋଲି ଭାବିବେ।

9 Better `is' the lightly esteemed who hath a servant, Than the self-honoured who lacketh bread.ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ତୁଚ୍ଛୀକୃତ ଆଉ ଯାହାର ଦାସ ଅଛି, ସେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଶ୍ ରେଷ୍ଠ, ୟିଏ ନିଜକୁ ମହତ୍ତ୍ବ ବୋଲି ଛଳନା କରେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ତା ପାଖ ରେ ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନ ଥାଏ।

10 The righteous knoweth the life of his beast, And the mercies of the wicked `are' cruel.ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆପଣା ପଶୁର ଦରକାରକୁ ଅତି ଯତ୍ନ ସହକା ରେ କରନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦଯ ଅଟନ୍ତି।

11 Whoso is tilling the ground is satisfied `with' bread, And whoso is pursuing vanities is lacking heart,ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ଭୂମି ଚଷେ, ସେ ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ଆହାର ପାଇବ। ମାତ୍ର ଯେ ବୃଥା ଅଭିମାନ ରେ ପ୍ରବୃତ୍ତ ହୁଏ, ସେ ବୁଦ୍ଧିହୀନ।

12 The wicked hath desired the net of evil doers, And the root of the righteous giveth.ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ କୁକର୍ମକାରୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଫାନ୍ଦକୁ ଆଦରି ନିଅନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ଧାର୍ମିକର ମୂଳ ଫଳଦାୟକ ଅଟେ।

13 In transgression of the lips `is' the snare of the wicked, And the righteous goeth out from distress.ଦୁଷ୍ଟର ଓଷ୍ଠ ରେ ଅଧର୍ମର ଫଳ ଥାଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଧାର୍ମିକମାନେ ଦୁଃଖରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇବେ।

14 From the fruit of the mouth `is' one satisfied `with' good, And the deed of man's hands returneth to him.ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ଆପଣା ମୁଖର ଫଳ ଦ୍ବାରା ମଙ୍ଗଳ ରେ ପରିତୃପ୍ତ ହବେ। ଏବଂ ସେ ହସ୍ତକୃତ କର୍ମଫଳ ତାହାକୁ ଭୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ହବେ।

15 The way of a fool `is' right in his own eyes, And whoso is hearkening to counsel `is' wise.ଅଜ୍ଞାନର ପଥ ତା'ର ନିଜ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରେ ଯଥାର୍ଥ ମାତ୍ର ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ ମାନେ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଶୁଣନ୍ତି।

16 The fool -- in a day is his anger known, And the prudent is covering shame.ଅଜ୍ଞାନର ବିରକ୍ତି ହଠାତ୍ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଏ ; କିନ୍ତୁ ବିଜ୍ଞ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ଅପମାନକୁ ଉପେକ୍ଷା କରେ।

17 Whoso uttereth faithfulness declareth righteousness, And a false witness -- deceit.ସତ୍ଯବାଦୀମାନେ ନ୍ଯାଯପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଥା କହନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ମିଥ୍ଯାସାକ୍ଷୀମାନେ ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରନ୍ତି।

18 A rash speaker is like piercings of a sword, And the tongue of the wise is healing.ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ କୌଣସି ଚିନ୍ତା ନ କରି କହନ୍ତି, ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶବ୍ଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଦ୍ବିଶାଣିତ ଖଡ୍ଗ ପରି ଆଘାତ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଲୋକର କଥା ଉପଶମ ଆଣେ।

19 The lip of truth is established for ever, And for a moment -- a tongue of falsehood.ମିଥ୍ଯାବାଦୀର କଥା କବଳେ ଅଳ୍ପକ୍ଷଣ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତିଷ୍ଠେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ସତ୍ଯତାପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଶବ୍ଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଚିରଦିନ ରହେ।

20 Deceit `is' in the heart of those devising evil, And to those counselling peace `is' joy.ଅନିଷ୍ଟ ଚିନ୍ତାକାରୀର ହୃଦଯ ରେ ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା ଥାଏ। ମାତ୍ର ଶାନ୍ତି ପରାମର୍ଶଦାତାମାନଙ୍କର ହୃଦଯ ଆନନ୍ଦପ୍ରଦ ହୁଏ।

21 No iniquity is desired by the righteous, And the wicked have been full of evil.ଧାର୍ମିକ ପ୍ରତି କୌଣସି ବିପର୍ୟ୍ଯଯ ଘଟିବ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ବହୁତ ସମସ୍ଯା ହବେ।

22 An abomination to Jehovah `are' lying lips, And stedfast doers `are' his delight.ମିଥ୍ଯାବାଦୀର ଶବ୍ଦଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ଘୃଣିତ ଅଟେ। ମାତ୍ର ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସତ୍ଯ କୁହନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ସୁଖକର ଲୋକମାନେ ଅଟନ୍ତି।

23 A prudent man is concealing knowledge, And the heart of fools proclaimeth folly.ଚତୁର ଲୋକ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଆହରଣ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ମୂର୍ଖମାନଙ୍କର ମନ ଅଜ୍ଞାନତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରେ।

24 The hand of the diligent ruleth, And slothfulness becometh tributary.ଜଣେ କର୍ମଶୀଳଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ କରିବ, ମାତ୍ର ଅଳସୁଆ ଲୋକ ଦାସ ହବେ।

25 Sorrow in the heart of a man boweth down, And a good word maketh him glad.ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ମନୋବ୍ଯଥା ମନକୁ ନତ କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ମଙ୍ଗଳର ବାକ୍ଯ ତାହାର ହରଷ ଜନ୍ମାଏ।

26 The righteous searcheth his companion, And the way of the wicked causeth them to err.ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀର ଠିକ୍ ପଥ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶକ, ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ପଥ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଭୁଲାଏ।

27 The slothful roasteth not his hunting, And the wealth of a diligent man is precious.ଅଳସୁଆ ମୃଗଯା ରେ ଧରିଲା ପଶୁକୁ ପାକ କରେ ନାହିଁ। ମାତ୍ର ମନୁଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କର ବହୁମୂଲ୍ଯ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ପରିଶ୍ରମର ପକ୍ଷ ରେ ରହେ।

28 In the path of righteousness `is' life, And in the way of `that' path `is' no death!ଧାର୍ମିକତା ରୂପ ପଥରେ ଜୀବନ ଥାଏ। ପୁଣି ତହିଁର ଗମନ ମାର୍ଗ ରେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ନ ଥାଏ।
