ୟିଏ ଆପଣାର ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀକୁ ତାଛଲ୍ଯ ମନୋଭାବ ଦଖାେଏ, ସେ ନିର୍ବୋଧ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଣେ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ୍ ଚୁପ୍ ହାଇେ ରହେ।
