ଗୀତସଂହିତା 70:1-23

1 Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord.

2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.

3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.

4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.

1 ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମାେତେ ରକ୍ଷା କର ! ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମାେତେ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଉତ୍ତର କର !
Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord.

2 ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେତେ ମାରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନିରାଶ ଓ ଅପମାନିତ କର ! ଲୋକମାନେ ମାରେ କ୍ଷତି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହୁଁଛନ୍ତି। ମୁଁ ଆଶାକରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଲଜ୍ଜା ଦଇେ ବିଦାକର।

3 ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେତେ ପରିହାସ କରନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଲଜ୍ଜାର କାରଣ ପାଇଁ ଆସିପାରନ୍ତି।

4 ମୁଁ ଆଶାକରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ବଷେଣ କରନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ବହୁତ ଉଲ୍ଲସିତ ଓ ଖୁସି ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରିତ୍ରାଣକୁ ଆଶା କରନ୍ତି, ସର୍ବଦା କହିବେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମହାନ ଅଟନ୍ତି।

5 ମୁଁ ଏକ ନିଃସହାୟ ଲୋକ। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ଶୀଘ୍ର ମାେତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର ! ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର !ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ କବଳେ ମାରେ ସହାୟ ଓ ରକ୍ଷା କର। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିଳମ୍ବ କର ନାହିଁ।
