ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନାଗରୀକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉବ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ଆଘ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କଲେ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁସାରେ ଏହିସବୁ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବ।
