ଫାରୂଶୀ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ଯିହୂଦୀମାନେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ପଦ୍ଧତି ରେ ହାତ ନଧୋଇ କବେେ ହେଲେ ଖାଉ ନଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ମହାନ ପୂର୍ବ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ପରମ୍ପରା ପାଳନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହା କରୁଥିଲେ।
