ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କୁହ, 'ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଚାକର ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସରକୁ ଆସିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଦେଶ ଦଇେଛୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରକୁ ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖିଅଛୁ, ତାହା ଉପ ରେ ଆପଣା ରାଜକୀଯ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରାତାପ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବ।

ଆମ୍ଲଭସକାରସ ବିଷଯସର କହୁ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭସମଷପାଳକ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭର ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମିତସହବସବାଲି କହିବ।' ପୁଣି ମନ୍ଦିରର ମୂଳଦୁଆ ସ୍ଥାପିତସହବସବାଲି ତୁମ୍ଲଭ କହିବ।'

ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହାଇେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଲୋକଙ୍କର କ୍ଷତି କରିବାକୁ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି। ସହେି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ବିବାଦ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ଉତ୍ତମ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କର ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଆପଣା ଆଶ୍ରଯ ସ୍ଥଳରେ ରକ୍ଷାକର।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ବିପଦରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବେ। ସେ ମାେତେ ତାଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖିବେ। ସେ ମାେତେ ନଇେ ତାଙ୍କ ନିରାପଦ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରଖିବେ।

ପରମେଶ୍ବର କଳା, ଘନ ବାଦଲଖଣ୍ଡ ଭିତରେ ଲୁଚି ଗଲେ। ସତେ ୟମେିତି ଏକ ଘନ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଏକ ତମ୍ବୁ ଭିତରେ ଲୁଚି ରହିଲେ। ସେ ଘନ ବିଜୁଳିୟୁକ୍ତ ମେଘ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଭିତରେ ଲୁଚି ଗଲେ।

ରାଜା ଖୁବ୍ ରାଗିଗଲେ। ତାହାଙ୍କ ଚ଼ାକରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମାରି ଦେଲେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମାରିଦବୋପାଇଁ ରାଜା ସୈନ୍ଯ ପଠାଇଲେ। ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ସହେି ହତ୍ଯାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାରି ଦେଲେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନଗରକୁ ପୋଡ଼ି ଦେଲେ।

ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପୁତ୍ର, ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସର ଆପଣା ସୈନ୍ଯସାମନ୍ତକୁ ସୋର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଅତିଶଯ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରାଇଅଛି। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ମସ୍ତକ ଟାଙ୍ଗରା ହେଲା ଓ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ କାନ୍ଧର ଚର୍ମ ଓ ଭାର ବହନ କରି ଛିଡ଼ିଗଲା। ତଥାପି ସେ ସୋର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଯେଉଁ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରିଥିଲା ସେଥିପାଇଁ ତା'ର ସୈନ୍ଯସାମନ୍ତ କିଛି ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ପାଇଲେ ନାହିଁ।
ଯିରିମିୟ 46:27
ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଯାକୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିରାଶ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦୂର ଦେଶରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଓ ବନ୍ଦୀ ଅବସ୍ଥାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଂଶକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା। ତହିଁରେ ଯାକୁବ ଫରେି ଆସି ନିର୍ଭୟ ଓ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ରେ ରହିଲା । ଆଉ କହେି ତାହାକୁ ଭୟ ଦଖାଇେଲେ ନାହିଁ।
ଯିରିମିୟ 27:6
ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହିସବୁ ଦେଶ ମାରେ ଦାସ ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସରର ହସ୍ତ ରେ ଦଇେଅଛୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାହାର ସବୋ କରିବାକୁ ଦଇେଅଛୁ।

ଆଉ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦବଗେଣର ପଶ୍ଚାତଧାବନ କର ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସବୋ ଓ ପ୍ରଣାମ କର ନାହିଁ। ପୁଣି ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତକୃତ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣକୁ ପୂଜା କରି ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ବିରକ୍ତ କର ନାହିଁ। ତାହା ହେଲେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ଅମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

ମଧ୍ଯାହ୍ନ ରେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ରାଜା ବିନ୍ହଦଦ୍ ଓ ବତିଶ ଜଣ ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜା ନିଜ ଶିବିର ରେ ପାନ କରୁଥିଲେ ଓ ମତ୍ତ ହାଇେଥିଲେ, ସହେି ସମୟରେ ଆହାବ୍ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଦେଲେ।
ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଜାବଳୀ 20:12
ରାଜା ବିନହଦଦ୍ ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପାନ କରୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଦୂତମାନେ ଏ ସମ୍ବାଦ ଦେଲେ। ରାଜା ତାଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହବୋକୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ। ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହାଇେ ନଗର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବାକୁ ବାହାରିଲେ।
