ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସରର ଅଧିକାରର ପ୍ରଥମ ବର୍ଷ ରେ ଓ ଯୋଶିୟଯର ପୁତ୍ର, ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ୟିହୋଯାକୀମର ଅଧିକାରର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ବର୍ଷ ରେ, ଯିହୁଦାର ସମଗ୍ର ଲୋକ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଏହି ବାକ୍ଯ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା।

ଯିହାୟୋକୀମ୍ର ରାଜତ୍ବ କାଳ ରେ, ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସର ୟିହୂଦା ଓ ଯିହାୟୋକୀମ୍କୁ ତିନି ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ସେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଅମାନ୍ଯ କରି ତାଙ୍କର ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ହେଲ।
ଯିରିମିୟ 46:2
ମିଶର ଦେଶ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ ରେ ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ଯୋଶିୟଯର ପୁତ୍ର ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ଯିହାୟୋଦାରକୀମର ଅଧିକାରର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ବର୍ଷ ରେ ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସର, ମିଶରର ରାଜା ଫାରୋନଖୋର ଯେଉଁ ସୈନ୍ଯସାମନ୍ତକୁ ପରାଜଯ କଲା, ଫରାତ୍ ନଦୀ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଜଳୀମୀଶ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସହେି ସୈନ୍ଯ ସାମନ୍ତ ବିଷଯ କଥା।
