ଯିରିମିୟ 2:27
ସମାନେେ ଏକ କାଠ ମୁଣ୍ଡାକୁ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପିତା' ଓ ଖଣ୍ଡେ ପଥରକୁ କହନ୍ତି, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଜନ୍ମ କରିଅଛ।' ସମାନେେ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହବେେ। ପୁଣି ସମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭ ଆଡ଼କୁ ମୁଖ ନ କରି, ଆମ୍ଭ ଆଡ଼କୁ ପଛପଟ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ବିପଦ ସମୟରେ ଯିହୁଦାର ଲୋକମାନେ କହିବେ, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର।'
