ଏହି ନୂତନ ନିୟମଟି ମୁଁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହତ କରିବି, ଏହି ନିୟମଟି ମୁଁ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ରେ କରିବି ପ୍ରଭୁ କୁହନ୍ତି : ମୁଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମନ ରେ ଆପଣା ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଦବେି ସମାନଙ୍କେ ହୃଦୟ ରେ ସହେିସବୁ ଲେଖିବି। ମୁଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହବେି, ଓ ସମାନେେ ମାରେ ଲୋକ ହବେେ।
