Leviticus 26:46
ଏହିସବୁ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା, ବିଧି ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷାମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଲେ। ଏହିସବୁ ବିଧି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ସ୍ଥାପିତ ହାଇେଥିଲା। ଆଉ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ବିଧି ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ ସୀନଯ ପର୍ବତ ରେ ଦଇେଥିଲେ ଓ ମାଶାେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାହା ଦେଲେ।

ଏହି ନିଯମ ବିଧିସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏହି ନୂତନ ଦେଶ ରେ ମାନିବାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହବେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି, ସେ ଦେଶ ରେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ତାଙ୍କର ଏହି ବିଧିସକଳ ମାନିବ।

ଏହିସବୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା, ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ବିଧି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦବୋପାଇଁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ମାେତେ କହିଲେ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଅଧିକାର କରିବାକୁ ପାର ହାଇେ ଯାଉଅଛ, ସଦେି ଦେଶ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପାଳନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
