Numbers 16 - WBT (Oriya)

1 Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:ଲବେୀୟ ଏକ ବଂଶଧର କୋରହ, କୋରହ ୟିଷହରର ପୁତ୍ର, ତା'ର ପିତା କହାତ ଏବଂ ରୂବନରେ ତିନିଜଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଦାଥନ ଓ ଅବୀରାମ, ଇଲିଯାବର ଦୁଇ ପୁତ୍ର ପଲତରେ ପୁତ୍ର ଓନ୍।

2 And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର 250 ଜଣ ନତେୃର୍ବଗ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଗଲେ।

3 And they assembled themselves against Moses and against Aaron, and said to them, Ye take too much upon you, seeing all the congregation are holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them: why then do ye raise yourselves above the congregation of the LORD?ସମାନେେ ଏକତ୍ର ହାଇେ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିଜକୁ ବହୁତ ଗୁରୁତର ଦଖାଇେଲ। ମଣ୍ତଳୀର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ପବିତ୍ର ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମଣ୍ତଳି ଉପରେ କାହିଁକି ପ୍ରଭୁତ୍ବ ଦଖାେଉଛ?

4 And when Moses heard it, he fell upon his face:ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ ଏହା ଶୁଣି ନିଜକୁ ନମ୍ର କରି ମୁହଁ ମାଡି ପଡି ରହିଲେ।

5 And he spoke to Korah and to all his company, saying, Even to-morrow the LORD will show who are his, and who is holy; and will cause him to come near to him: even him whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near to him.ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ କୋରହକୁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଅନୁଗାମୀମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କାଲି ଦଖାଇବେେ, ୟିଏ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ତାଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ଓ ୟିଏ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ପବିତ୍ର। ଆଉ ସେ ତାକୁ ନିଜ ପାଖକୁ ଆଣିବେ, ଯାହାକୁ ସେ ପସନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି।

6 This do; Take you censers, Korah, and all his company;ହେ କୋରହ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନୁଗାମି ମାନେ ଏହା କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ବିଶଷେ ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ନିଅ।

7 And put fire in them, and put incense in them before the LORD to-morrow: and it shall be that the man whom the LORD doth choose, he shall be holy: ye take too much upon you, ye sons of Levi.କାଲି ତହିଁରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦିଅ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ତହିଁ ଉପରେ ଧୂପ ଥୁଅ। ତହିଁରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଟି ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ ସହେି ପବିତ୍ର ହବେ। ହେ ଲବେୀର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବହୁ ଦୂରକୁ ଚାଲି ୟାଇଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ।

8 And Moses said to Korah, Hear, I pray you, ye sons of Levi:ଆଉ ମାଶାେ କୋରହକୁ କହିଲେ, ହେ ଲବେୀର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଟିକିଏ ଶୁଣ।

9 Seemeth it but a small thing to you, that the God of Israel hath separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to himself to do the service of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to minister to them?ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ମଣ୍ତଳୀରୁ ପୃଥକ କରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ତମ୍ବୁ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିଯୋଜିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଠିଆ ହାଇେ ସବୋ କରିବାପାଇଁ ଆପଣା ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ନୁହଁ କି?

10 And he hath brought thee near to him, and all thy brethren the sons of Levi with thee: and seek ye the priesthood also?ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଲବେୀ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବାକୁ ତାଙ୍କର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା କ'ଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷ ରେ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର କଥା? ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯାଜକ ହବୋକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛ?

11 For which cause both thou and all thy company are assembled against the LORD: and what is Aaron, that ye murmur against him?ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନୁଗାମୀଗଣ ଦଳ ବାନ୍ଧି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟାଇଅଛ। ହାରୋଣ କିଛି ଅବିଧି କରିନାହାଁନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ବିପକ୍ଷ ରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଅଛ।

12 And Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab: who said, We will not come up:ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ ଇଲୀଯାବର ପୁତ୍ର ଦାଥନକୁ ଓ ଅବୀରାମକୁ ଡାକିବାକୁ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇଲେ; ମାତ୍ର ସମାନେେ କହିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ୟିବା ନାହିଁ।

13 Is it a small thing that thou hast brought us out of a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except thou make thyself altogether a prince over us?ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଗ୍ଧମଧୁ ପ୍ରବାହୀ ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଏହି ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ରେ ମାରିବାକୁ ଆଣିଅଛ। ଏହା କ'ଣ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ବିଷଯ? ଆହୁରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜକୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଶାସକ ହବୋକୁ ଚାହୁଁଛ।

14 Moreover, thou hast not brought us into a land that floweth with milk and honey, or given us inheritance of fields and vineyards: wilt thou put out the eyes of these men? we will not come up.ଆମ୍ଭେ କାହିଁକି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମାନିବୁ? ତୁମ୍ଭେତ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୁଗ୍ଧମଧୁ ପ୍ରବାହୀ ଦେଶକୁ ଆଣି ନାହଁ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଉର୍ବର ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ଆଣି ନାହିଁ, ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶସ୍ଯ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ଅଧିକାର ପାଇବୁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ମନୁଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ଠକିବ କି? ନା ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯାଉ ନାହୁଁ।

15 And Moses was very wroth, and said to the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.ତେଣୁ ମାଶାେ ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ କୋରଧାନ୍ବିତ ହେଲେ, ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କିଛି କ୍ଷତି କରିନାହିଁ, ମୁଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗଧ ମଧ୍ଯ ନଇନୋହିଁ। ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏମାନଙ୍କର ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନାହିଁ।

16 And Moses said to Korah, Be thou and all thy company before the LORD, thou, and they, and Aaron, to-morrow:ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ କୋରହକୁ କହିଲେ, କାଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଅନୁଗାମୀ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଛିଡା ହୁଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଅନୁଗାମି ଓ ସଠାେରେ କାଲି ରହିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

17 And take every man his censer, and put incense in them, and bring ye before the LORD every man his censer, two hundred and fifty censers; thou also and Aaron each of you his censer.ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନିଜନିଜ ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ନିଅ ଓ ତହିଁ ଉପରେ ଧୂପ ଦିଅ। ପୁଣି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖକୁ ଆଣ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ 250 ପୁରୁଷ ଏହା କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏବଂ ହାରୋଣ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗୋଟିଏ ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ଆଣିବା ଉଚିତ୍।

18 And they took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense on them, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and Aaron.ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନିଜନିଜ ବିଶଷେ ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ନଇେ ତହିଁରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦେଲେ। ପୁଣି ତାହା ଉପରେ ଧୂପ ଥୋଇ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ନିକଟରେ ଠିଆ ହେଲେ।

19 And Korah gathered all the congregation against them to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the glory of the LORD appeared to all the congregation.ପୁଣି କୋରହ ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ତଳୀକି ଏକତ୍ରିତ କରି ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲେ, ସେତବେେଳେ ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ପ୍ରତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଆର୍ବିଭାବ ହେଲା।

20 And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ,

21 Separate yourselves from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment.ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ମଣ୍ତଳୀଠାରୁ ପୃଥକ ହୁଅ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏକ ନିମିଷ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସଂହାର କରିବା।

22 And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation?ତହୁଁ ସମାନେେ ମୁହଁ ମାଡି ପଡି କହିଲେ, ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ କଣ ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ଯଦି ମଣ୍ତଳିର କହେି ପାପ କରେ, ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ତଳିକୁ ଉତ୍ପିଡୀନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ କି?

23 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ,

24 Speak to the congregation, saying, Withdraw yourselves from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଣ୍ତଳୀକୁ କୁହ, କୋରହ, ଦାଥନ ଓ ଅବୀରାମର ତମ୍ବୁଠାରୁ ଚାଲି ୟାଆନ୍ତୁ।

25 And Moses rose up, and went to Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.ମାଶାେ ଉଠି ଦାଥନ ଓ ଅବୀରାମ ନିକଟକୁ ଗଲେ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ନତେୃବର୍ଗ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କଲେ।

26 And he spoke to the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.ତହୁଁ ମାଶାେ ମଣ୍ତଳୀକି କହିଲେ, ବିନଯ କରୁଅଛ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଛାଉଣୀରୁ ଉଠିୟାଅ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର କିଛି ମାତ୍ର ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରନାହିଁ। ନଚେତ୍ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାପ ଲାଗି ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହବେ।

27 So they withdrew from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.ଏଥି ରେ ଲୋକମାନେ କୋରହ, ଦାଥନ ଓ ଅବୀରାମର ପବିତ୍ର ତମ୍ବୁ ଠାରୁ ଚାଲିଗଲେ। ଦାଥନ ଓ ଅବୀରାମ ବାହାରକୁ ଆସି ନିଜ ନିଜ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ, ପୁତ୍ର ଓ ପାଲାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ନିଜ ନିଜ ତମ୍ବୁର ଫାଟକରେ ଠିଆ ହେଲେ।

28 And Moses said, by this ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works: for I have not done them of my own mind.ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରମାଣ ଦବେି ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ଏସବୁ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପଠାଇ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ନିଜ ମନରୁ କିଛି କରୁନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣିବ।

29 If these men shall die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.ଯଦି ଏହି ଲୋକମାନେ ସ୍ବାଭାବିକ ଭାବରେ ମରନ୍ତି, ତବେେ ବୁଝିବେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ପଠାଇନାହାନ୍ତି।

30 But if the LORD shall make a new thing, and the earth shall open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain to them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯବେେ କୌଣସି ନୂତନ କର୍ମ କରନ୍ତି, ଆଉ ପୃଥିବୀ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବିସ୍ତାର କରି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସର୍ବସ୍ବ ଗ୍ରାସ କରେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଜିଅନ୍ତା କବର ଦିଅ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମା ହୃଦବୋଧ କରିବ ଯେ, ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ କଳୁଷିତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

31 And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground cleaved asunder that was under them:ମାଶାେ ତାଙ୍କର ଏହି ବକ୍ତବ୍ଯ ଶଷେ କରିବା ମାତ୍ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଅଧଃସ୍ଥ ଭୂମି ଫାଟିଗଲା।

32 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained to Korah, and all their goods.ପୁଣି ପୃଥିବୀ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବିସ୍ତାର କରି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପରିବାରକୁ ଆଉ କୋରହର ସପକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସକଳ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରାସ କଲା।

33 They, and all that appertained to them went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.ଏହିରୂପେ ସମାନେେ ଜିଅନ୍ତା କବର ନେଲେ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଚାପି ଦଲୋ। ଏଥି ରେ ସମାନେେ ମଣ୍ତଳିରୁ ପୋଛି ହାଇଗେଲେ।

34 And all Israel that were round about them, fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also.ଏଥି ରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର କରୁଣ ଚିତ୍କାର ଶୁଣି ଏଣେ ତଣେେ ପଳାଯନ କଲେ। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ କହିଲେ, ପୃଥିବୀ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବ।

35 And there came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.ଏହାପରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ନିର୍ଗତ ହାଇେ ସହେି 250ଧୁପ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କଲା।

36 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ,

37 Speak to Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter thou the fire yonder; for they are hallowed.ଯାଜକ ହାରୋଣର ପୁତ୍ର ଇଲୀଯାସରକୁ କୁହ, ସେ ଅଗ୍ନି ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସହେି ସମସ୍ତ ବିଶଷେ ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ବାହାର କରିଦେଉ। ସେ ପାଉଁଶକୁ ସଠାେରେ ବିଞ୍ଚିଦେଉ। ସମାନେେ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ପାପ କରିଥିଲେ, ତେଣୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଜୀବନ ଗଲା। ମାତ୍ର ସହେି ବିଶଷେ ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ଗୁଡିକ ପବିତ୍ର କାରଣ ସଗେୁଡିକ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରାୟାଇଥିଲା।

38 The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed: and they shall be a sign to the children of Israel.ଏଣୁ ସେସବୁକୁ ପିଟାପାତ୍ର କରାଯାଉ ଓ ତାହା ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ଆଚ୍ଛାଦକ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବ୍ଯବହୃତ ହେଉ। ଏହିସବୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ଚିହ୍ନ ସ୍ବରୂପ ହବେ।

39 And Eleazar the priest took the brazen censers, with which they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:ତେଣୁ ଇଲୀଯାସର ସହେି ଦଗ୍ଧ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କଂସାର ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ଏକତ୍ରିତ କଲା। ସମାନେେ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀର ଧାତୁ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦକ ରୂପେ ଏହାକୁ ପିଟି କଲେ।

40 To be a memorial to the children of Israel, that no stranger, who is not of the seed of Aaron, should come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he may not be as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.ଏହି ଧାତୁ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦକ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନେପକାଇ ଦିଏ ଯେ, ହାରୋଣ ପରିବାର ବ୍ଯତୀତ ଅନ୍ୟ କହେି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ଧୂପ ଜାଳି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ଅନ୍ୟ କହେି ଏହି ସବେି କରିବ, ସେ କୋରହଙ୍କୁ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗ ପରି ହବେ ବୋଲି ଯାହା ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ଦ୍ବାରା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଜଣାଇ ଥିଲେ।

41 But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD.ତା' ପରଦିନ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରି କହିଲେ ଯେ , ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କଲେ।

42 And it came to pass when the congregation was gathered against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked towards the tabernacle of the congregation: and behold, the cloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared.ଯେତବେେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲେ, ସମାନେେ ବୁଲିପଡିଲେ ଓ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ ଯେ, ତାହା ମେଘ ରେ ଆଛାଦିତ ହାଇେଥିଲା ଏବଂ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ମହୀମା ଦଖାଯାେଉଥିଲା।

43 And Moses and Aaron came before the tabernacle of the congregation.ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ସମ୍ମୁଖକୁ ଆସିଲେ।

44 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,ଅନନ୍ତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ,

45 Remove from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment. And they fell upon their faces.ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଉଠିୟାଅ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏକା ନିମିଷ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସଂହାର କରିବା। ଏଥି ରେ ମାଶାେ ଓ ହାରୋଣ ମୁହଁ ମାଡି ପଡିଲେ।

46 And Moses said to Aaron, Take a censer, and put fire in it from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly to the congregation, and make an atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun.ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପିତ୍ତଳର ଅଙ୍ଗାରଧାନୀ ନଇେ ତହିଁ ମଧିଅରେ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀରୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦିଅ। ଏଥି ରେ ଧୂପ ଦଇେ ଶୀଘ୍ର ମଣ୍ତଳୀ ନିକଟକୁ ୟାଇ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କର। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅତି କୋରଧିତ ହାଇେଛନ୍ତି, ମହାମରୀ ବ୍ଯାପି ଗଲାଣି।

47 And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people.ତେଣୁ ହାରୋଣ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ କହିବା ଅନୁସାରେ ତାହା ନଇେ ସମାଜ ମଧ୍ଯକୁ ଦୌଡିଗଲେ। ସେତବେେଳକେୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ମହାମାରୀ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହାଇେଥିଲା। ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଧୂପ ଦଇେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କଲେ।

48 And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed.ହାରୋଣ ମୃତ ଓ ଜୀବିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଠିଆ ହେଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ମହାମାରୀ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହେଲା।

49 Now they that died in the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, besides them that died about the matter of Korah.କୋରହର କଥା ହତେୁ ମରିଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ 14,700 ଲୋକ ଏହି ମହାମାରୀ ରେ ମଲେ।

50 And Aaron returned to Moses at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and the plague was stayed.ତହୁଁ ମହାମାରୀ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହବୋରୁ ହାରୋଣ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ଦ୍ବାର ରେ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ନିକଟକୁ ଫରେି ଆସିଲେ।
