ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବିଦେଶୀ ମୂଳ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଏକ ବିଧି ହବେ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବିଦେଶୀ ମୂଳ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଏକ ବିଧି ହବେ।
